- Execute human resource strategic initiatives for review and implementation by top management.
- Anticipate emerging trends on HR issue and initiate recommendations within the overall Company HR strategy
- Manage the implementation of approved human resources policies to attract, develop, and retain qualified staff
- Work on a daily operational basis with the line management in support of business objectives and HR strategies.
- Works as a partner with executive management and provide leadership to all HR staff.
- Establish operational guidelines, systems and processes for assessing program performance.
- Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Coordinate and control the implementation of all HR programs (staffing, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, etc)
- Male/Female max. 45 years old
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Law/Psychology/Management from reputable University (preferably from Master Degree)
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar position preferably from Mining industry.
- Excellent experiences in full spectrum of HR Management: Organizational Development, HR Procedures and Processes, Performance Appraisal, Compensation and Benefit, Indonesian Labour Laws and Regulations, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Coaching and Counseling.
- Experience in handling compensation-benefit and personnel administration.
- Strong leadership skills and good team work.
- Self starter person to work hard, smart to achieve the goal, and must be a good team player.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin would be an advantage.
