Our client, a new Indonesian polyclinic business whose mission is to deliver quality healthcare services to Indonesia's aspiring middle class, immediately requires suitable candidates to fill the following position:
FINANCE for Managerial Position (Code: FM)
Responsibilities :
- · Providing and interpreting financial information
- · Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
- · Analysing change and advising accordingly
- · Formulating strategic and long-term business plans
- · Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
- · Analysing competitors and market trends
- · Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk
- · Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- · Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- · Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
- · Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, bankers and statutory organisations
Requirements:
- · Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university (post graduate would be an advantage)
- · Min. 5 years of experience in similar role in Delloite, KPMG, PWC, EY,
- · Have a deep knowledge in IFRS
- · Ability to develop accurate budgets and forecasts, cash flow analysis, understanding and monitoring business activities
- · Ability to develop and/or implement financial and treasury policy
- · Strong communication abilities with clear fluency in English
- · Result and detail oriented, with strong analytical skill
- · Self-motivated, dynamic, participate in management team, hard working and able to work under pressure
- · Having Ability to develop strong and effective internal and external relationships at different levels
- · Excellent interpretive and analytical skills to understand and assess the financial impact on the business.
